The first stage involves an in-depth, two-and-a-half-hour meeting with the client, where we complete a detailed accommodation questionnaire. This helps us understand their requirements and expectations for emotive design. The estimated size from this meeting allows us to apply our rate per square meter for a quotation and discussions on project timelines and budget expectations.
The Concept & Viability
After the inception meeting, we begin the design process by developing floor plans and creating a 3D model. In our second meeting, we present the concept through detailed floor plans, 3D artistic images, and a walk-through video showcasing the home’s exterior and key interior areas. This detailed video helps clients visualise how the spaces will interact and the overall volume.
The Design Development
After presenting the concept, we give clients time to process the proposal before beginning the design development. Our unique service includes unlimited changes and 3D views, ensuring client satisfaction without extra fees. This contrasts with most firms that limit revisions. Our approach guarantees clients’ complete approval before project progression, culminating in their sign-off once they’re happy with the design.
